All Payments are taken on the day of the session by Bank Transfer. This is done to allow ANYONE to be able to attend when it is viable to do so and you wont incur cancellation fees unless you cancel on the day.
Bookings need to be made in advance.

Block Bookings
Block bookings are taken on a 4 weekly basis. Payment is taken upfront to guarantee your day and time. If you cancel one of your weekly sessions refunds will not be given due to that day and time being booked specifically for you. If one of our coaches need to cancel your session it will be carried over so you don't loose out.
